Each request is a virtual machine based on the Linux KVM software, completely abstract in respect of the hardware. The creation of a new request will only take few minutes using an active hardware.Also, VMs can be scaled down or migrated in just a few seconds.   All activated VMs have a quad-core CPU. At any moment, you will be able to increase such limit by assigning additional cores on an exclusive basis. If the CPU cores are not sufficient, the system will automatically migrate the VM to a less busy node, without any downtime being experienced.   Not only the VMs, but the entire account may be scaled down. The new resources may be used to create new requests or change existing ones. Updates are available both as upgrades and downgrades. Any change to the resources will take effect immediately. Thanks to the hourly billing system you will only be charged for the resources that you actually use.
